Our menu is simple, but don’t let that fool you.
You could come to our restaurant and have a fantastic flavor experience every time we open the doors.
We offer two smoked meat options—pulled pork and beef bologna—on Thursdays and Fridays.
On Saturdays we usually add another meat as a special.
We love keeping things fresh and lively.
But it’s really not the succulent smoked meats that we serve that give so much variety to our menu.
We Have 14 Flavors of Sauce.
Denim and I have crafted each one of our originals to perfection and use them regularly in our own kitchens.
With 14 flavors, you can explore every side that the southern, smoked BBQ-style has to offer.
Want a sandwich with an exciting zest?
I’d recommend trying our Sweet Mustard that pushes the limits of what you can do with raspberries and jalapenos.
Or do you have a craving for some comfort food?
